生物體產生、儲存及傳送生殖細胞的器官。高等植物的 生殖器是花，包括雄蕊和雌蕊。人和高等動物的 生殖器包括雄性的精囊、睪丸、輸精管、陰莖等，雌性的卵巢、輸卵管、子宮、陰道等。也作「性器官」。
